Caroline Berkey is a holistic movement coach and seasoned yogi. Supported by the teachings of her local yoga studio, Caroline developed an at-home yoga practice and turned toward virtual learning in 2016. Online teachers inspired her to share Yoga & movement with others accessibly through virtual and in-person options.
After becoming certified to teach yoga in 2022, she continued to study additional specialties: Steel Mace Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She hosts workshops quarterly and loves to collaborate with local businesses and non-profits.
Her in-person classes are typically non-heated, and feature a mix of music, down-to-earth humor, genuine care for her students, and plenty of time for inward reflection.
