60-Minute Yoga & Recovery at D1 Training North Pinellas

Designed specifically for D1 members/athletes, this in-person 60-minute class complements your strength training with targeted recovery and mobility work — functional yoga that helps you recover faster, train harder, move better, and stay in the game longer.

What to expect

  • PRIME: Gentle dynamic warm-up to ease into movement

  • FLOW: Targeted with stretches and holds for hips, shoulders, back, and hamstrings (key areas tight from lifts and high-intensity training)

  • RECOVER: Breathwork and mindful cooldown to reduce soreness, calm the nervous system, and promote faster recovery

  • Modifications for all levels—no prior yoga experience needed!
