
60-minute BALANCE FLOW
Balance is one of my favorite aspects of yoga to practice and teach! This unique yoga class employs special techniques to strengthen the key pillars of balance, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded in everyday activities.
Through targeted movements, we’ll challenge our balance skills, stimulating the nervous system, building muscle memory, and improving overall stability. This approach helps you maintain healthy balance and reduces the risk of falls.
By taking this class regularly, you can expect to see positive changes in your balance and confidence. Come discover the transformative benefits of a strong, steady foundation!
Chair Yoga is offered separately, but you can keep a chair nearby in this class for stability needs.
You'll receive an email confirmation with local location options, or we can practice together virtually on Zoom. I make every effort to create a comfortable and effective class, whether online or in-person.

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)
3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
6. I recommend your video be on for biomechanics & form feedback, but that's up to you! I would love to see your progress, but if you feel like are more mindful & present with your camera off, that's completely fine. All participants in Group classes will be muted when class begins.
REPLAYS (group classes): If you miss a live group class, don't worry! You'll receive the replay link once
the class is uploaded, so you can do it at any time that works for you.
TEACHER CANCELLATIONS (group classes): Class registrants will get an email if the teacher cancels for any reason. Canceling is rare, but sometimes life happens! Rest assured, your drop-in class fee will be refunded if this happens.
STUDENT CANCELLATIONS (group classes): Cancel your registration for a full refund up to 12 hours before your class. Since replay links go out for each class, refunds are not available after the 12-hour timeframe.

Caroline Berkey (RYT-200) took her first yoga class at a college gym in 2006. In 2014, she developed a regular practice at a local studio in Dunedin, FL. After receiving the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga for 8 years, she enrolled in High Vibration Living Yoga School's 200-hour teacher certification. She has a special interest in yoga balance postures because a) they're super fun to play with, b) progress can be noticeable and surprising with consistency (which is fun for everyone involved), and c) she has aging family members all of whom list balance as a chief complaint in their health. She hopes that she can help you or your loved one to feel centered and confident in movement through balance-specific training.
